Jim and his wife Carla have been married forty four years. As most mainlanders, Jim and Carla use to come to vacation on Maui and spend time with Carla's mom, Connie Bos who owned gift shops on Front Street in Lahaina.

They enjoyed the life style on Maui and moved here and bought a home in July, 2000 from the Seattle, Washington area where they lived for thirty two years. Carla's mom passed away in 1988 and Carla worked Front Street as a buyer manager for a Body & Bath Shop in Lahaina for close to eight years, often meeting old customers or employees of her mom, Connie Bos.

Their daughter Mindy Miller and her husband Jeff own Chase N Rainbows Real Estate, Inc. and Jim is the principal broker. Jim & Carla love the sunshine and beach activities with their Cairn terrier, "Lulu". Jim has over forty years of real estate experience in both residential and commercial with brokerage licenses in Hawaii and Washington.
